Recently retired as Manager of Initiatives and Partnerships with Kronkosky Charitable Foundation, Ingrid Petty worked closely with community leaders, social assistance and human services officials, non-profit agencies, and funders to determine the greatest needs for which the Foundation could make a profound difference in the region it serves. She actively developed and implemented roundtable community discussions to inspire action and to focus collective impact producing customized systems change. As a result, technological information-sharing hubs were created to align the work of community-based organizations, philanthropy, governmental and quasi-governmental organizations, medical institutions, and higher education to positively affect the delivery of services to those most in need, providing solutions addressing social determinants of health.

Before joining the philanthropic world, Ingrid spent most of her career in administrative capacities in the legal field and served for more than 10 years as Special Assistant to the Honorary Consul of Canada in San Antonio.
